When the oil passes through the annular orifice, because the active cross-sectional area suddenly decreases, a vortex is formed, causing the particles in the liquid to collide and rub against each other, and the kinetic energy is converted into heat to be dissipated, which consumes the kinetic energy of the elevator and makes the car or The counterweight stopped gradually and slowly. The hydraulic buffer uses the damping effect of liquid activity to buffer the impact of the car or the counterweight. When the car or the counterweight leaves the buffer, the plunger resets upward under the effect of the return spring, and the oil flows back to the cylinder from the head to recover. Normal condition. Because the hydraulic shock absorber is buffered in a way that consumes energy, it has no rebound effect. At the same time, because of the effect of the variable rod, when the plunger is pressed down, the cross-sectional area of the annular orifice gradually becomes smaller, which can make the elevator car move closer to uniform deceleration. Therefore, the hydraulic buffer has the advantage of smooth buffering. Under the same operating conditions, the stroke required by the hydraulic buffer can be reduced by half compared with the spring buffer. Therefore, the hydraulic buffer is suitable for elevators of various speeds.
